How can I get a loyalty card? Go to https://hallans.ourrewards.uk to get a digital card by registering online using our QR code.

Do you have an app? No, we don’t have an app, but you can save your digital card from the website to your home screen.

What will I earn? You will earn 1 point per £1 spent., to redeem 100 points equals £1

Can I spend points and cash? Absolutely yes! You can use all or some of your points towards your purchase.

Can I spend the points I’ve earned on that shop at the same time? Yes, however will can take up to an to show up on your account.

Can I claim points for a previous purchase? Unfortunately, we can only issue points when you present your digital card at checkout.

Can my family members use my card? Yes, they can. However, registration is under one person only.

I’ve forgotten my card; can I earn points for my purchase? No, sorry. We would not be able to add points without your digital card.

Can I have more than one account? Yes, you can, but the points cannot be merged.

I have a question about the points I’ve got. Email us within 14 days of the transaction date, and we will do everything to help.

Are there any items I can’t earn points on? Exclusions apply to carrier bags, clearance items, selected in-store promotions, and bulk quantities.

How will I know if you have offers? We can email or text you. Please register for your preferences.

How do I know my information is safe? We do not ask for your full address. Any personal details are kept for our company’s use only and never shared externally.

Can any customer apply to earn points? Retail customers over 18 years old can apply. Unfortunately, trade customers do not qualify for points under the reward scheme.
