Whilst every effort has been made to describe the products on this site as accurately as possible, and to provide an honest and reliable service for all our customer. if you are not satisfied with your product(s) please e-mail us on (email@example.com) within 3 days or inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods (see address below) so that we can offer you a solution.
When you receive your order, should you find that it is incomplete or that the goods have been damaged in transit, then again, please let us know.
Please ensure to include your full name, order number and the date your order was placed. Please wait for a confirmation email reply from us before you arrange to send back any goods.
Once your return is received by us, we will assess the goods for reason of return i.e. faults/damages/expiry dates and replacements.
All refunds due to you will be made using the same method used by you when paying for the goods. The amount of refund will be advised prior to the credit. Replacements/exchanges will not incur a further delivery charge.
All refunds will be made as soon as possible. Our aim is to complete the refund within 14 calendar days.
Any points used for the order will refunded in accordance with the cost of the item(s) refunded. Please refer to our points scheme for the number of points spent.
